How does it work?
The
Task Reliever Program is designed
for the coach who wants a marketing expert backing
them up and support to get their marketing done.
The Task Reliever Program is designed so that you get the full benefit
of working with Kristen Beireis, Trust Marketing Expert so the work you do
is successful. You can choose how many marketing tasks you'd
like to work on and whether you want to make a six month commitment or
go month to month. It's all up to you. If you choose to
commit to a 6 month contract Kristen will get to know you better and
be able to make specific recommendations based on what she's learned.
Regardless of whether you commit to six months or not, Kristen will
get to know your marketing message and your way of working on
marketing. She'll also help you make critical decisions on how
to progress with your marketing (focusing on building trust with your
potentials clients) so that you get the most return on investment.
Together, you'll track and evaluate the success of your marketing.
Then Kristen will help you make adjustments accordingly.

Calls - Each call, you will cover what you are
doing in the way of marketing and how to best proceed with those
strategies. Kristen will gather information she needs for the
team tasks that are to be accomplished as well. At the end you
will receive notes that explain what the CMS team will do and what you
will be doing. This is a done-with-you program, so you will have
tasks to complete, but it will help Kristen and her team get to know
how you work. So when you are ready for the CMS team to take
over the bulk of your marketing, they'll already be familiar with what
you want and how you work. It's a process.
Routine Tasks - Routine tasks are marketing
activities you do on a routine basis. For example; Newsletters,
blog posts, social networking, article marketing. See
below for more ideas. You will be
expected to provide content for these routine tasks. If you have
a ghostwriter, we can coordinate with your ghostwriter to make sure we
have what we need in an appropriate amount of time. If you need
a ghostwriter or copywriter, then we can help you with that service
for an additional cost. Once we have the content, leave it up to
us and we'll make sure it all gets where it needs to go and your
marketing materials go out on schedule. This frees you up to
focus on the things that only you can do...like coaching.
Larger Marketing Projects - These projects take
several months to put together. For example; Let's say you have
a product launch coming up. We first need to create the product, then we need to get
the marketing together for the launch(es) and get your strategic
partners involved. This kind of project isn't something that is
done monthly, but is a business booster that can have great rewards
when done correctly. So, we take our time getting it ready and
don't rush the process. We expect you to already have the
systems in place to accomplish these projects. If you don't, we
can always install and set up those systems as needed for an
additional fee. As with routine tasks, you will provide all the
content and we'll then put it where it needs to go, finessing it to
make sure it fits the many different arenas. This is where the
stress starts to leave our clients most. Big projects take a
huge amount of energy and time. When you have a team of people
who know how to successfully put together the marketing campaign, then
you only have to worry about being creative. We'll take care of
the technical for you.
